Here at TheraCo, we work together with individuals, families and organisations. We aim to assist you in developing and achieving your goals. In short, we aim to increase your independence with self-cares, help you access the community, educate you on injury prevention, help develop risk management and provide manual handling strategies for you, your carers or organisation.
Using a client-centred approach, the Occupational Therapist works closely with relevant people to assess, plan and provide evidence-based education, techniques and treatment to assist in reaching your goals and to optimise your potential.
